       The Board of Directors of Ashton Preserve Homeowners Association typically meets monthly on the third Thursday of every other month at 7:00 p.m. at the Sandy Spring Community Meeting House, Sandy Spring, Maryland. (Contact any member of the Board to confirm the meeting has not been postponed for some reason.)

Pursuant to charter and by-laws
Ashton Preserve Homeowners Association, Directors are
elected to three (3) year terms.*

*Bylaws allow for the staggered terms of Directors for the first Board of Directors elected by the Homeowners. The director who received the  most votes will serve three year terms, the director who received the second most votes will serve a two year term and rest of the directors will serve a term of one year. Thereafter, directors elected to the Board serve three year terms.

The Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month!
